Jinpan International Ltd. (Nasdaq:JST) announced today a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on February 15, 2010. It’s shares closed at $37.99 today (at $38.50 in after-hours trade). This stock is not optionable and has an average daily trading volume of about 129,000 shares.

Today (01/26/2010) AMCF – Andatee China Marine Fuel IPO opened for trading, pricing 3.1 million shares (up from 2.5M) at $6.30 and opening at $6.30. It’s initial range was $6.00-8.00 . Also slated to IPO this week is FFN – FriendFinder Networks. It’s hawking 20 million shares with an initial range of $10-12. Lead underwriters are Renaissance Securities and Ledgemont Capital. As I’m sure many of you know, FriendFinder is an online adult social networking and multimedia entertainment company.

Looks like CHC – China Hydroelectric priced today at $16.00, opened at $14.00 and closed at $13.90. That was for 6 million shares, revised upwards from the original 5 million shares.
