Today (03/31/10) we had three companies IPO, right as the quarter ends. They were STNG – Scorpio Tankers, Inc. which priced at $13.00, SSNC – SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. which priced at $15.00 and MERU – Meru Networks, Inc.which also priced at $15.00.

Today (01/26/2010) AMCF – Andatee China Marine Fuel IPO opened for trading, pricing 3.1 million shares (up from 2.5M) at $6.30 and opening at $6.30. It’s initial range was $6.00-8.00 . Also slated to IPO this week is FFN – FriendFinder Networks. It’s hawking 20 million shares with an initial range of $10-12. Lead underwriters are Renaissance Securities and Ledgemont Capital. Looks like CHC – China Hydroelectric priced today at $16.00, opened at $14.00 and closed at $13.90. That was for 6 million shares, revised upwards from the original 5 million shares.
