Well until tonight I thought DRYS was doing okay. Then I saw on Zantrio.com they had DRYS listed for a possible short tomorrow. Apparently DRYS announced a 300 million convertible senior notes offering and that it signed an agreement with Deutsche Schiffsbank on waiver terms for $117.5 million of debt. DRYS and LZ did not fall apart this week. DRYS is now sitting on the precipice so to speak. And LZ seems to be heading higher. Now what does mother Market have in store for us next week?

It was a good day for DRYS – Dryships, Inc. and LZ – Lubrizol Corporation. DRYS was up $0.53 to $6.77 (+8.49%) and LZ was up $1.31 to $74.00 (+1.80%). DRYS was bought at $5.88 and LZ at $67.91. So, doing the math I have a +15.13% gain in DRYS and +8.96% gain for LZ. [...]

Both Buys are doing okay. They are not soaring, but thankfully they are not flailing either. DRYS – Dryships, Inc. is up +4.93%. Sold DRYS – DryShips, Inc. at $7.33 for a one day +3.38% gain. And of course, off it runs, but I have to run too. UPDATE: DryShips topped out the day at $7.68 and closed at $7.48, so I would have made out better just holding it till I got back.
